Hi! My name is Julia Ingle and I am a mental health & wellness coach and a depression survivor of over 15 years.  I started my wellness coaching practice for one simple reason: to help women with depression break through fatigue and self-doubt so they can approach their work and lives with greater energy, motivation, and confidence.
